The Quinta's kitchens embody Quinta do Noval’s art of living. These authentic Portuguese kitchens form an integral part of the Quinta do Noval world.

Azulejos ceramic tiles in shades of blue and orange cover the walls, harmoniously matching the dressers and sideboards whose colours mirror the Douro region’s luminous skies.

The attractive hues of this family setting are as appealing as the delicious aromas emanating from the pots where expertly prepared dishes simmer away, tended by bustling cooks.

The vegetables, fruit, almonds and olives used in the menus have been grown in Quinta de Noval’s rich and precious soil and convincingly demonstrate the abundance of the terroir.

This welcoming kitchen provides an ideal environment for sociable meals in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
